Fusion Lifestyle, the charity that works alongside West Devon District Council and South Hams District Council to operate Meadowlands Leisure Centre, Parklands Leisure Centre, Ivybridge Leisure Centre, Dartmouth Leisure Centre, Quayside Leisure Centre, Totnes Leisure Centre and Dartmouth Indoor Pool, is offering all local residents the chance to boost their health and wellbeing and celebrate the fun of feeling fit with a free gym pass.

Whether you’re into walking, running, stretching, cycling or weights, Fusion have something for everyone, from seasoned exercisers looking for a new challenge, to beginners ready to get active. The Fusion team welcomes everyone at any level of fitness and is ready to help the community discover what they enjoy doing, have fun and go at their own speed.

With keeping healthy now more important than ever, Fusion is encouraging all residents to try out their fantastic facilities and claim their free gym pass, which is available from Friday 11 December to Monday 4 January 2021.

To claim your pass, simply head to

select your preferred centre and enter the promo code GYMPASS. Visits will need to be booked via the Fusion Lifestyle app to ensure all centres can continue to operate in line with government guidelines. Centre users will be asked to arrive in their usual fitness gear, to streamline the contact process and keep customers safe.

Anthony Cawley, Director of Operations at Fusion Lifestyle, said: “There has never been a more important time to look after the health and wellbeing of our local communities and we’ve taken this small step to encourage residents to come into one of our centres for a complimentary visit on us. We want to remind them what’s on their doorstep, show them how safe their centre is and help them to enjoy being active.”

Cllr Jonathan Hawkins, South Hams District Council’s Executive Member for Health and Wellbeing, said: “The free gym pass is a welcome gift to residents who are eager to start, or continue, with their fitness following the COVID outbreak, and I’d recommend that residents get in touch to claim theirs as soon as possible.”

West Devon Borough Council’s Lead Member for Health and Wellbeing, Cllr Tony Leech, said: “I’m delighted with this incentive from Fusion to encourage users to the gym with this free pass. I’m sure it will be very welcomed by West Devon residents.”
